It was invented!!!
YIPPE!! No more opening the door with a paper towel then wondering how to get rid of the towel!!!

I saw this pay changing station in the Walmart restroom. It seemed very convenient because it dispensed a cloth to clean the changing table and everything needed for changing the baby! There was even a bag to put all the used items in before disposing of them!
